Biography

Danielle is a midwife and full spectrum doula based in rural Maine. Through her practice and personal journey, Danielle has encountered the repercussions of trauma and sexual violence on the childbearing year and health in general. Spurred by these experiences she became a rural advocate for survivors of sexual violence. She currently works as a traveling midwife throughout New England, as well as Wisconsin; and as an advocate for survivors of sexual violence in rural Maine. In her spare time she drinks tea with friends, makes fiber art, and hikes.
