Her work includes facilitating crucial conversations and workshops to cultivate and “midwife” leadership potential, build relationships of trust and productivity, and invite and improve group engagement. Gengï's personal interests include teaching, hiking, artistic creativity, singing, and gardening. She loves learning about different cultures and various walks of life, and is particularly keen on understanding the role of faith and spirituality in personal and family life. She hopes to someday be fluent in Spanish and proficient at the piano.
