MANA 2019 Speaker
Juleon D. Lewis is a community activist, father, entrepreneur, and dancer who has committed his career to bringing sustainable economic and social change to domestic and international communities of color. Through service, activism, education, and a sprinkling of dance, Juleon seeks to bring people together for the sake of mutually-enjoyed unity and equality. Having traveled to over 20 countries largely in the Caribbean, Central, and South America, Juleon has seen the effects of post-colonialism and the disparity that exists along racial lines for the most basic life needs. Juleon’s non-profit, “Live Pura Vida” seeks to highlight a lifestyle rooted in grace, service, learning, and a respect and appreciation for self and community. Juleon is honored to bring his skills and community experiences to the 2019 MANA Conference.
