Please review the instructions below carefully in order to simplify your registration process and receive maximum discounts.


MANA Member prices, including MANA Student member prices are applied automatically.

If you are a MANA member and did not get the email with your direct registration link, please LOG IN to this form with your username or email address and password in order to receive your member discount. If you are unable to log in, please contact the Membership Coordinator for assistance.

Non-Member Students:

A deeply discounted below cost conference rate is offered to students because we love our student participants! If you are a student in an active apprenticeship or recognized midwifery school, and you are not a MANA member please use this code: rg8ww7kza

The MANA Student Member price is applied automatically if you have logged in properly, and using the Non-Member student code will increase the cost of your conference registration to the Non-Member price. We encourage all students to be members of MANA. A letter from your preceptor or school stating this relationship must be sent to the Conference Registrar when you submit your registration otherwise you will charged the full non-member price.


Midwives of Color: 

We are happy to offer discounted conference registrations to Midwives of Color. MANA believes that the most enriching and educational conferences include people from diverse backgrounds, and for midwifery to thrive we need to hear the perspectives of midwives from all communities. We offer reduced-rate registrations to Midwives of Color and Native and Indigenous Midwives in recognition of the integral role they play in growing US midwifery, and due to the historical barriers to inclusion. If you are a midwife of color who would appreciate the discounted rate please use this code: MOC2019. This code will give you the best discount, do not use any other code.



If you are presenting on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, please be sure to check the box that says “I am a conference speaker” directly above Total Fee(s) and Payment Options to indicate you are a speaker, and refer to your speaker contract for instructions on how to recieve your speaker discount. If you have any questions or concerns, contact the Conference Registrar for assistance.


    Continuing Education Credits:

    MEAC and ACNM CEUs are available for most conference sessions. To receive CEUs, check the box indicating you would like a CEU packet. MANA members do not pay extra for CEU packets. Non-members will be charged $35. Please direct questions to the CEU Coordinator.


    Special Instructions for NRP and ALSO:

    NRP: In order to get an NRP card you must take the online exam at AAP. This exam costs $35 and will take 6 to 10 hours to complete two 25 question sections and an eSim. Please use the 7th edition Neonatal Resuscitation textbook. Download your Section 1 certificate to bring to class, then go to Section 2 and sign up for the in-person event. BOTH STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED OR YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR NRP CARD. CEUs will be avaialbe for $10 at the class or $20 later. You will receive an email from the registrar with specific instructions to be ready to take NRP at the conference. If you do not receive this email within 5 days, contact the Conference Registrar.

    ALSO: Upon registration and payment, you will receive a letter that gives you the access code to the on-line ALSO modules.  These modules must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to the hands-on modules being held on the post-conference day.  Once you have accessed the on-line modules, regardless of completion, no refund can be given. If you do not receive an email with the access code within 5 days, contact the Conference Registrar.



    Lunch is included with conference registration. If you are bringing a guest who is NOT registered for the conference, and would like them to eat lunch with you at the conference, you can purchase guest meals at our cost in the Conference Fee section at the top of the registration form. Conference attendees do not need to purchase lunch for themselves.

    Identify dietary needs for yourselves and/or your guests in the Additional Registration Information section at the bottom of the registration form.

    There are multiple options for breakfast and dinner on the conference site, and Austin, known as a dining destination, is a short drive from Lost Pines.



    Update! Please note that check payments must be received in NJ by October 15 in order to be processed. Those not received by October 15 will be asked to pay on site by credit card.

    Refunds and Cancellations:

    A $100 administration fee will be deducted from any registration canceled by October 15. After October 15, no refunds will be offered unless you are a local Austin area midwife who is called away to a birth while you are on-site. Should you be called away, please inform the registrar when you leave the property and we will make arrangements with you after the event.

    Cancellations to Pre-Conference Workshops will result in a $25 cancellation fee if canceled prior to September 30. After September 30, no refunds will be offered.
